Washington H. Soul Pattinson

WHSP approached Endrim to revitalise and reimagine their workspace, breathing new life into their historic brand through the built environment.

Washington H. Soul Pattinson (WHSP)’s new workplace brings their rich heritage into the modern era, with a visually inspiring space that supports innovation and collaboration. By creating a visual language through industrial artefacts, apothecary paraphernalia and stunning natural materials, the brand’s story is told through the walls themselves, blending the best of heritage and progress.

Virgin Active Barangaroo

After successfully developing Virgin Active’s global fitness strategy, Endrim was re-engaged to design & activate their new Barangaroo health facility.

A holistic approach to health and wellness that goes far beyond just physical fitness. Everything about the design, materials, programs and music has be re-imagined to form a polysensory experience.

Virgin Active Global

Virgin Active enlisted Endrim to revamp their global fitness strategy in the built environment, re-defining exercise with holistic programming and facilities.

Moving away from a traditional gym approach, we re-defined what ‘exercise’ means by creating a holistic ‘Health and Wellness’ concept that goes far beyond physical fitness. It celebrates the ‘Mind and Body’ through a focus on ‘7 Dimensions of Wellness’.

Mirvac, Australia

Mirvac created a partnership with Endrim to develop strategic guidelines to curate ground-plane activation across their Office & Industrial (O&I) portfolio.

The Ground Plane Experience (GPE) Guidelines communicates the strategic design intent Mirvac aim to achieve across all O&I assets and illustrates the comprehensive experiences Mirvac will cater for.

Winten Property Group

Winten engaged Endrim to develop a human-centric strategy and design for their workspace, focused on lifestyle and balance.

Our design focuses on a human-centric workplace by incorporating lifestyle strategies known as ‘life is for living’. This represents who Winten are and their approach to creating new communities. Through our design journey we transformed the workplace, creating a space that supports daily rituals, wellness and human experiences.

The Porter

Endrim was engaged to revamp the space at 1 O’Connell Street, creating an activated, hospitality-inspired co-working environment.
The Porter, is an active business lounge environment, ideal for exclusive business club members and the local business community to work, meet and socialise in a professional environment.
The originally under-utilised space offered the perfect opportunity for flexible co-working and membership-based amenities and concierge services.

Bowery Lane

Endrim was engaged to rebrand and design the hospitality space at 1 O’Connell Street, creating an activated, modern experience.

Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, Bowery Lane was designed to embody the spirit of the oldest thoroughfare on Manhattan Island in New York. The cafe and restaurant combines farmers market concepts with industrial chic streets, placing the kitchen at the heart of the space, so that patrons can soak up the energy of the city.

Shangri-La

Endrim were engaged by Shangri-la to create a new Health & Wellness program to be rolled out across their hotels, positioning Shangri-La as a market leader in the Health & Wellness industry.
Endrim re-vamped the health offering for Shangri-la, with four health & wellness brands, each with their own program and activations, design strategy and aesthetic.
Our bespoke management tool guaranteed that each of the Asia-wide, Shangri-La health clubs were allocated the most appropriate brand, to ensure the best possible, holistic health & wellness experience for each guest.

RQAM Bayspace

RQAM is one of Singapore’s leading property management groups. They engaged Endrim to develop a new flexible workspace concept, called Bayspace, in the Marina Bay Financial Centre to offer additional value to tenants. This included setting the strategy, developing the concept and doing the design for the space.

RQAM Community Engagement

Endrim was asked to develop a community engagement program for RQAM’s portfolio of 5 premium commercial properties with around 26,000 workers in the Marina Bay precinct.

The project scope included an information gathering phase, the development of a community framework and a community activation program. Personas were created & used to guide the framework which was built out to a relevant and meaningful set of events and activations, delivering unique experiences to create value for the community.
